With love and a well-balanced family background, she had a dreamy yet down-to-earth environment for her upbringing. Growing up in different geographical and psychological landscapes, from metropolitan areas to rural regions, mountains to the ocean, she found inspiration in the diversity of life. Her story truly began when, at the age of 10, her neighbor gave her a torch as a coming-of-age gift, setting the stage for adventures.
Breaking ground at 18, she chose a Gap year in Australia, similar to a real-life “Millionaire’s Game” reality show. Standing at the crossroads of school and society, she continuously experimented with and redefined her understanding of the real world. Ultimately, she earned not only her travel expenses but also the resilience of self-confidence.
Upon returning to university, she spent four years with a hint of anxiety but an abundance of curiosity. Each summer and winter, she embraced internships across various industries, aligning her interests with the direction of her heart.
After graduation, she joined a sports multinational company, where she quickly grew agile, embracing trial and error, and fast learning without attachment or self-limitation. She experienced the entire spectrum from 1 to 10, eventually becoming a trailblazer for 0 to 1. With overseas and local retail experience, she found that what both challenged and excited her most were the endless transformations and possibilities within “people.”
Her team’s style is “collide together, fall together, and laugh together when getting up.” Genuine and transparent communication forms the unspoken agreement among her colleagues. Bit by bit, trust weaves a safety net in the face of unavoidable conflicts. This team that can “argue without worry” has the highest employee satisfaction and ideal turnover rate in the organization, and it delivers highly efficient results. She has accumulated extensive experience in project management and organizational growth, striking the balance between them. But her greatest pride is the ability to loudly declare her love for her work.
Over the course of a densely packed 10 years sparked by her Gap year, she carries a belief in the agile philosophy of life. With a backpack containing the “curiosity, competitiveness, and fun” of three precious gems, she embarks on a new adventure. From a multinational sports and leisure company to the emerging field of information software, she maintains her adventurous spirit for the unknown journey ahead.
