Team Facilitator CPF, Appreciative Inquiry╱Narrative Therapy╱Satir╱Futurology Practitioner
Thinking of Vicent if I were to describe it in two words, “comfortable” comes to mind. While he may not be tall in stature, he possesses a powerful yet gentle aura.
He always listens to you with his big eyes, approaching you gently. Unconsciously, you’ll find that the words you hadn’t intended to say have already slipped out. He is genuinely curious about you, devoid of preconceived notions, completely open. Consequently, even if you came prepared with various masks, armor, and weapons, you’ll find yourself shedding them without even realizing it. Once you unknowingly let your guard down, his innate sense of humor often brings a smile to your face.
This is Vicent’s superpower. In his presence, you can comfortably be yourself.
With a background in psychology, he was once skilled in appreciative inquiry and guidance. However, “Transparent Love” is a unique philosophy that has been brewing within Vicent for years, influenced by narrative therapy, Satir, and future studies, developed through real interactions with clients. He discovered that teams often struggle because they can’t express what needs to be said, leading to bottlenecks and frustration, resulting in blocked team energy flow. However, as long as you approach one another with expressions of love and consistency, gently and authentically touching one another, the team’s communication channels will naturally open up. When they are “open,” there is no “pain,” and that’s when the opportunity for “movement” arises.
