Defining Ripley with any single job role or function is challenging and limiting. Despite being one of the pioneers of cross-strait visual facilitation, her work takes her across Europe and North America, frequently venturing into the journeys of organizational and individual exploration. She spontaneously triggers generative dialogues from her presence, effortlessly holding an open and natural space that invites engagement where one can delve deeply and transcend with ease.

However, this free-spirited and inherently creative presence continuously explores the questions of ‘Who am I?’ and the mysteries of life, the universe, and embodiment in everyday experiences. Like crocheting a hat, she selects the yarn from different corners of the world, considering her own aspirations, and perceiving the needs of the recipient – whether uplifting or calming, warming or sheltering, colorful or plain. This is akin to how she works with people, remaining humble in not knowing, supporting the present, and cultivating serenity, attuning to perceptions.
